Radar also might hand over your personal data to companies that process personal data, such as those providing us with technical architecture, cooperating companies and within Radar’s sphere of legally owned and operated subsidiaries. Personal data can also be provided to governmental agencies if required by law or requested by these, to safeguard Radar’s legal interests and to prevent and bring crime to these’s attention.

Data (personal data) might also be transfered outside the EU/EES for storage and processing. But in these cases, they are required to obey laws set by the European union on transfer of data outside EU/EES.

7. ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND CORRECTIONS

If we receive a written request from you as a user and when provided with enough information to identify you we will, after debiting a administrative fine, hand over personal data we have on you, to you. We can also correct or remove data from our system by request from you. If this is of interest to you as a user, you can contact us on the addresses in chapter 11.

The request of removal of personal data is enclosed within current law, ethical reporting and/or responsibility to store data for a certain time.
